About ACA

Adaptive Change Advisors (ACA) emerged from the pioneering work of Eric Martin and a select cadre of leadership and change practitioners to steward the framework, tools and techniques of Adaptive Leadership from the Harvard classroom to "real" world application and scale.

We've helped over 300,000 people worldwide develop the leadership required to tackle pressing challenges of our times - such as transitioning to a low-carbon economy, reducing poverty and inequity, improving health equity and access, supporting the growth of social enterprises, and evolving the role of advanced information and technology in our daily lives.

Our mission is to "democratize leadership", putting leadership tools that drive change into the hands of anyone who drives outcomes.

Our advisors have served in various leadership development capacities at the White House Presidential Personnel Office, Clinton Global Initiative, Rockefeller Foundation, Facebook, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, Google, Microsoft, Verizon, US Business Council for Sustainable Development, United Nations Innovation Network, World Bank, Harvard Medical School, Cornell University, New York University, Government of Abu Dhabi, Acumen, Living Cities, Public Utility Research Center, U.S. Health and Human Services, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
