Session description

Leading any form of change initiative is complex enough.  When that initiative has a strong purpose-led dimension, the complexity grows exponentially.  You need to work across organisational boundaries, build partnerships, deal with conflict and overcome differences in values, visions and desired outcomes.  Plus you need to have a thick skin!

This program specifically addresses the personal and professional challenges of leading purpose-driven change. Drawing on 35+ years of experience at Harvard and the sharp-end experience of the facilitators in the field, the program builds your capacity to:  lead in complex, political, ambiguous environments; manage the personal risks and pressures that front-line leadership can generate; build vibrant and effective alliances for cross-border collaboration; and design purpose-led strategies for generative progressive change.
