Leading any form of change initiative is complex. You need to work across organizational boundaries, build partnerships, deal with conflict and overcome differences in values, visions and desired outcomes. Plus, you need to have a thick skin!

Drawing on decades of sharp-end experience in the field and 40+ years of conceptual development at Harvard, the workshop builds your professional and personal capacity to: lead in complex, political, ambiguous environments; manage the personal risks and pressures of leadership; build vibrant alliances for collaboration; and design strategies for generating change.

The workshop is hosted by Adaptive Change Advisors (ACA), which represents the cutting-edge application of Adaptive Leadership worldwide based on four core beliefs. It is facilitated by ACA Managing Director, Eric R. Martin.

• Experienced leader, leadership practitioner or facilitator working to create consequential change
